ROYAL HI – TEMP Z600

Silicone Zinc Heat Resisting Primer

A two component, heat resistant primer formulated based on a modified silicone binder and pigmented with zinc dust.


  • A heat resistant primer coating for use on steel substrates subjected to temperatures of up to 600ºC in a wide range of industrial environments, e.g. petrochemical plants, power stations, offshore structures etc.
  • Designed to be overcoated with ROYAL HI-TEMP 200, ROYAL HI-TEMP 600 or ROYAL HI-TEMP 220 heat resistant finishes.
  • Air dries tack-free at room temperature. Achieves fully cured state on subsequent baking, normally achieved when coated component is brought into service.
  • Excellent adhesion to steel with outstanding anti-corrosive performance.
ROYAL HI – TEMP 200

Oleoresinous Heat Resisting Finish (200ºC)

A single component, heat resisting paint formulated based on an air drying oleoresinous binder system and pigmented with aluminium flakes.


  • A heat resistant coating for use on steel subjected to temperatures of up to 200ºC in a wide range of industrial environments, e.g. petrochemical plants, power stations, offshore structures etc.
  • Also suitable for use as a general purpose aluminium maintenance coating for steel under ambient exposure conditions, e.g. exteriors of bulk storage tanks.
  • Excellent adhesion to poorly prepared steel substrates and aged coatings.
  • Highly attractive and brilliant aluminium finish.
  • Easy to apply and trouble free easy maintenance coating.
ROYAL HI – TEMP 600

Silicone Heat Resisting Finish (600ºC)

A single component, heat resistant finish formulated based on a modified silicone binder and pigmented with aluminium flakes.


  • A heat resistant finish coating for use on primed steel substrates subjected to temperatures of up to 600ºC in a wide range of industrial environments, e.g. petrochemical plants, power stations, offshore structures etc.
  • Suitable for both new construction and as a maintenance coating.
  • Excellent weathering properties and overall durability.
  • Air dries tack-free at room temperature. Achieves fully cured state on subsequent baking, normally achieved when coated component is brought into service.
ROYAL HI – TEMP 220

Acrylic Silicone Heat Resistant (220ºC)

A single component, heat resisting paint formulated based on an air drying silicone-acrylic binder system.


  • A heat resistant coating for use on steel subjected to temperatures of up to 220ºC in a wide range of industrial environments, e.g. petrochemical plants, power stations, offshore structures etc.
  • Outstanding weathering resistance and durability.
  • Good chemical resistance.
  • Easy to apply and trouble free easy maintenance coating.
ROYALTAR AP 1

Bituminous Anti-Corrosive

A two component black bitumen coating that provides excellent anti-corrosive protection for “Hot-Wet” metal surfaces subjected to very high temperatures.


  • An anti-corrosive coating for boiler drums, tubes, evaporators and other equipment subjected to temperatures between 93ºC to 540ºC.
  • Low permeability to moisture and steam.
  • Waterproof.
  • Excellent anti-corrosive performance.
  • Resistant to weathering, oxidation and mild acids and alkali solutions.
  • Easy application by brush, roller or spray.
  • Suitable for surfaces in contact with fresh or salt water.

Bitumen Coating

A single component general purpose black bitumen coating that provides economical protection for steel and concrete.


  • An anti-corrosive protective coating for steel and concrete in marine environments e.g. anchor chain areas.
  • Low permeability to moisture. Waterproof.
  • Excellent anti-corrosive performance.
  • Resistant to weathering, oxidation, mild acids and alkali solutions.
  • Can be applied to a variety of substrates, e.g. steel, concrete, asbestos etc.
  • Easy application by brush, roller or spray.
  • Suitable for surfaces in contact with fresh or salt water.

Coal Tar Epoxy

A high build epoxy polyamide combine with coal tar that has:

  • Compatibility with cathodic protection.
  • Outstanding resistance to fresh water and salt water.
  • Good Wear properties.
  • Excellent resistance to chemically polluted water (eg. sewage).

  • Protection of steel/concrete pipelines, harbour and shore installations.
  • Anti-corrosive coating for submerged or semi-submerged areas e.g. pilling, jetties, dock gates.
  • Internal tank lining for crude oil storage tanks.

High Solids Coal Tar Epoxy

A two component, high solids coal tar epoxy anti-corrosive coating.


  • An anti-corrosive protective coating that is ideal for total, partial or intermittent submerged structures such as pilings, pontoons, jetties, dock gates etc.
  • Outstanding anti-corrosive performance with excellent fresh and seawater resistance.
  • Compatible with cathodic protection.
  • Good abrasion resistance.
  • Able to withstand wet heat of up to 60oC.

High Solids Coal Tar Epoxy

A two component, high solids coal tar epoxy anti-corrosive coating.


  • An anti-corrosive protective coating that is ideal for total, partial or intermittent submerged structures such as pilings, pontoons, jetties, dock gates etc.
  • Outstanding anti-corrosive performance with excellent fresh and seawater resistance.
  • Compatible with cathodic protection.
  • Good abrasion resistance.
  • Able to withstand wet heat of up to 60oC.
  • Able to achieve 400 microns dry film build in a single coat application.
