Our protective and marine coatings are developed with one goal in mind: to defend your assets against the harshest environments on earth. These coatings are engineered to provide exceptional protection against corrosion, wear, and environmental damage, ensuring that vessels, machinery, and industrial structures stay in peak condition for as long as possible. Our marine coatings are specifically formulated to withstand the challenging conditions faced by ships, offshore platforms, and underwater structures, protecting them from saltwater, chemicals, and extreme weather conditions.

For industries that rely on heavy-duty machinery and equipment, our industrial protective coatings offer superior resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and chemical exposure. These coatings extend the lifespan of your assets, reducing maintenance costs and preventing premature wear and tear. Whether you’re protecting metal structures, pipelines, storage tanks, or machinery exposed to harsh chemicals, our coatings provide a robust defense against the elements.

In addition to protection, our coatings are designed for performance. We understand that in marine and industrial environments, equipment and structures are subjected to constant stress, which is why we develop products that offer both durability and flexibility. Our anti-corrosion coatings prevent rust and decay in metal surfaces, while our weather-resistant coatings ensure that structures remain protected in even the most extreme conditions.

ROYAL-AF 1500

Self Polishing Anti-Fouling

A tin free self-polishing antifouling based on specially developed mixture of polymers and pigmented with a combination of biocides. The surface is self-abrasive by a careful adjusted balance of hydrophobic and hydrophilic binders. This mechanism enables leaching control and allows easy recoating after service life. The product is suitable for upgrading existing long-life systems.

  • A long-life self-polishing antifouling coating designed for use in vessels in slow to medium speed, requiring extended docking intervals.
  • Suitable for new vessels and for upgrading existing long-life systems in coastal marine industry.
  • Especially designed with a controlled erosion rate to achieve a highly effective long-life protection against marine fouling by controlled release of active biocides.
  • Self-polishing nature also results in smooth surfaces hence reducing overall hull roughness, which improves fuel consumption.
ROYAL-AF 4100
