Epoxy Shop Primer

A two component epoxy shop primer pigmented with zinc phosphate.


  • As a prefabrication or post-fabrication primer for blasted steel that requires short-term protection against corrosion.
  • Fast drying for easy and quick handling of coated steel.
  • Good anti-corrosive performance.
  • Highly flexible and chip resistant.
  • Compatible with impressed current cathodic protection.

Zinc Silicate Shop Primer

A two component, fast drying, weldable zinc ethyl silicate pre-fabrication primer for application by manual or automatic spray equipment.


  • As a temporary protective primer for blasted steel substrates prior to the fabrication process.
  • Fast drying for easy and quick handling of coated steel.
  • Good anti-corrosive performance.
  • Able to withstand continuous surface dry heat temperatures of up to 400ºC.
  • Approved as a weldable primer by Lloyd’s Register of Shipping.
  • Can be overcoated with a wide range of high performance coatings for use in a variety of environments such as offshore structures, petrochemical plants, bridges, pipelines etc.

High Build Zinc Silicate Primer

A two component, high build, inorganic zinc rich alkyl silicate primer. It conforms to composition and performance requirements of SSPC Paint 20.


  • A high performance primer to provide corrosion protection to blasted steel substrates in highly corrosive environments, e.g. onshore and offshore steelworks, pipelines, bridges etc.
  • A post fabrication primer for long-term protection prior to subsequent overcoating in the field.
  • Outstanding long-term anti-corrosive performance.
  • Fast drying primer. Quick dry to handle times.

High Solids Epoxy Intermediate & Finish

A two component, high solids epoxy intermediate coating, available in both conventional pigmentation (MIO free) and with micaceous iron oxide (MIO).


  • An anti-corrosive build or finish coat in aggressive environments such as onshore and offshore steel superstructures, pipelines, bridges etc.
  • Outstanding anti-corrosive barrier performance. Very good durability.
  • MIO pigmented version gives enhanced barrier and overcoating properties.
  • Excellent hardness and resistance to abrasion.
  • Suitable as an intermediate coat where long term re-coating ability is required.
  • Withstands dry heat up to 100ºC continuous and 120ºC intermittent.

High Build Epoxy Anti-Corrosive Primer

A two component, high build epoxy anti-corrosive primer pigmented with zinc phosphate.


  • A high build epoxy anti-corrosive coating suitable for use as a blast primer for structural steelwork in mild to aggressive environments.
  • Excellent anti-corrosive performance.
  • Achieves up to 75 microns dry film thickness in a single coat application.
  • Good wetting properties and outstanding adhesion to blasted steel.
  • Good chemical and abrasion resistance.
